I was not expecting the unboxing to feel this serious, but the packaging showed up like it had a mission. Everything was packed really well, secure, and neat. No drama, no damage, just a very satisfying first impression

I can’t even remember the exact delivery date I was expecting, but I do know it got here sooner than I had in my head. The tracking lagged by a day, which was a little confusing, but I’ve already mostly forgotten about that since the order arrived fine. Overall, happy with the shipping.

I’ve ordered from Island Thyme Soap a couple times now, i feel like the prices are reasonable for what you get. The bars last longer than I thought they would, which is a big plus because I hate buying something and feeling like it disappears too fast or wasn’t worth the money.

Shipping wasn’t the quickest, but it wasn’t a big deal either. Some scents are definitely more my style than others, so that part is kind of personal. Overall though, it feels like good value, and I’d rather stick with something I know works than risk spending money on a random soap I might not like.

I was in a good mood when this soap arrived, and the fresh smell made it even better. It came smelling super clean and refreshing.

My soaps showed up fast, and they smell so good. I’ve already gone through about half of one bar, so yeah, I’ll definitely be grabbing more soon.

One of the scents in my package was wrong, so I emailed them and they got it sorted out fast. They were super nice about it too, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely buy from them again, and I’d probably recommend them to a friend

The soap itself feels good and the scent is really nice right when you use it. But after a little while I can barely smell it on my skin anymore. I know companies love saying stuff like “long-lasting fragrance,” but in my experience, this one fades fast. It’s not a bad soap at all, I just wish the smell hung around longer.

They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. It made me a little unsure about how reliable the service is overall.
